Project Summary

The U.S. government has allotted a fiscal 2011 budget request of $41 million to support economic growth programs in Guatemala.

 

UPDATE, 04 February 2011: The request for application for a cooperative agreement on the environment monitoring and economic observatory is expected to be announced in the third quarter of fiscal 2011.

 

UPDATE, 20 June 2011: A new instrument to implement rural value chains program activities is expected to be launched.

 

UPDATE, 05 August 2011: USAID has published a grants notice for the rural value chains project.

 

UPDATE, 05 September 2011: The announcements for RFAs in economic and environment projects were postponed.
