6. Contract description: The aim of the contract is to supply 1 lot of equipment for electrification of 6 districts in 4 regions of Madagascar by means of a biomass cogeneration plant. The lot will be broken down into 4 items.
— Specified cogeneration equipment:
• 6 steam boilers of 1 500 kg at 16 bars with a biomass burner made of refractory bricks containing a sloping grate adapted to the different types of biomass fuel (energy wood, rice husk, corn cob, etc.),
• 6 vertical steam engines, each with a capacity of 70 kW,
• 6 electric generators with a capacity of 70 kW.
