Description of Contract
The CDE is more and more solicited for the implementation of PSDP on behalf of third parties (Delegation of European Union in the concerned country, Regional Organization and any other Donor involved in the related PSDP for a period of three (3) to five (5) years. The programme will cover the conception, implementation and monitoring of technical assistance interventions for enterprises, clusters of enterprises and intermediary organizations representing these enterprises.
For each PSDP, an “assistance convention” will be signed between the CDE and the Donor in which, the CDE will put in place a Programme Management Unit (PMU). The PMU is based in the concerned country and its financial, technical and administrative responsibility is under the supervision of the CDE.
The present contract forecast notice regards the recruitment of Coordinators for the PMU as the “assistance convention” is signed. The Coordinator will be assisted by a team of locally recruited collaborators (project officer, administrative and account assistant).
Each PMU Coordinator will have a recognized experience in the management of large programmes oriented towards the support of individual or grouped (clusters) enterprises. The coordinator must equally be familiar with assistance to intermediary organizations supporting the private sector, as well as relations with international organizations and the financial Sector.
