The Fourth Central African Backbone Adaptable Program Loan Project intends to increase geographical reach and usage of regional broadband network services, and reduce their prices, in the Republic of Gabon.

The project shall be comprised of the following components:

Component 1: Enabling Environment
Component 2: Connectivity
Component 3: Project Management

The total project cost is estimated at US$109 million.
