Project Summary

Development consultancy services. Pakistan is a top priority for the UK government. Pakistan is off track to meet education MDGs. There is substantial political and public interest in DFID’s support to improve Pakistan’s poor record in delivering education outcomes. DFID is seeking to procure the services of a Fund Manager to establish and manage the DFID Pakistan’s Education Voice and Accountability and the Innovation Fund projects. The Fund Manager will award competitive grants in Pakistan based on strategic priorities, geographic balance and established Programming criteria.
