Project Summary

For fiscal 2009, the U.S. Agency for International Development will allot US$250 million to fund health initiatives in Mozambique.

 

UPDATE, 02 June 2009:  The USAID program officer identified new projects for the health program.

 

UPDATE, 03 August 2009: USAID has published a procurement notice for an HIV/AIDS project.

 

UPDATE, 10 December 2009: USAID has published a grants notice for community based responses to HIV/AIDS program. 

 

UPDATE, 17 December 2009: USAID Program Officer Gastao Mendes confirms that the agency expects to conduct competitive procurements in the health sector, including maternal and child health, sometime in 2010. 

 

UPDATE, 26 April 2010: USAID has published a draft request for applications open for comments.
