The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received a credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of Viet Nam Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Development Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the agreement resulting from this Package MIC2-5: Installation of Intelligent Building and Unified Communication System.
