Project Summary

The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Information Communication Technology Development Project (ICT), and intends to apply part of the credit proceeds to payments under the contract for provision of “consultancy on synchronization on the design/development of common components of all PIUs”.
