Project Summary

The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Viet Nam Information Communication Technology Development Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for Designing an ICT HR Development Masterplan and a High Level Training Program for Da Nang City's Subproject.

The objective is to develop a Master plan for ICT HR Development in Danang and to design a high level training program appropriate with Danang General Plan for Socio-economic Development. The assignment will be implemented in Danang City, Vietnam. The length of the assignment is about 4 months.
