Project Summary

The Government of Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received a Credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the ICT Development Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to payments under the contract for consulting assignment for "CONSULTING SERVICES FOR ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE (EA) STUDY INCLUDING STATISTICS HUB STUDY AND EA / ICT GOVERNANCE SUPPORT". The ICT Development Project aims to accelerating the use of information and communication technology to (a) increase the efficiency and effectiveness of public administration, increase transparency and availability of information to stakeholders, and (b) foster private sector development, in particular by facilitating increased adoption of information and communication technology by small and medium enterprises
