Project Summary

The European Commission is providing Kosovo with EUR 189.8 million (US$ 288.7 million) to implement the “national program for transition assistance and the institution building component” of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) over three years starting in 2008.

 

UPDATE, 5 APRIL 2010: According to an official at the European Commission Liaison Office to Kosovo, first procurements have already been published.

 

UPDATE, 04 November 2011: The Commission has published a general procurement notice for construction services for municipal, social and economic infrastructure facilities. 

 

UPDATE, 09 January 2012: The Commission has published a general procurement notice for the desgin and supervision of municipal, social and economic infrastructure phase 7.
