The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received a grant from the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund administered by International Development Association, in the amount of US$ 10 million, toward the cost of the Management Capacity Programme (MCP), and it intends to apply the proceeds of this grant to the payments for goods, works, consulting and other related services to be procured under this project.
