The main objective of the Micro-Enterprise Incubator Development Project in Mexico is to strengthen the enterprising, business culture among lower-income groups in order to contribute to the economic development of the marginalized zones.
The components of the project include:
Component 1: Development of Virtual Center;
Component 2: Training of Coordinators of Micro-Enterprise Incubators and Promoters;
Component 3: Virtual Business Consultancy; and
Component 4: Conditioning of Incubators.
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) estimates the total project cost at US$ 3,176,200.
