Provision of technical assistance services, for an estimated total duration of 42 man-months, to support the financial and budget planning component of the project ‘Development of institutional capacities in the framework of modernising the civil service with regard to planning in Angola’, of which the Ministry of Planning is the direct beneficiary.
The support will focus on strengthening the capacities of the structures and technical managerial staff at the Ministry of Planning, with regard to planning methods and techniques (methodological planning framework), on carrying out macroeconomic and cyclical studies and analyses, and on drawing up, implementing and supporting annual and multiannual plans at national, sectoral and provincial levels, in coordination with the state budgets and corresponding Public Investment Programmes (PIP).
