Le Gouvernement du Sénégal a sollicité et obtenu de l’Association Internationale pour le Développement (IDA) un crédit en vue de financer les coûts du Projet d’Appui aux Réformes des Finances Publiques (PARFP) et à l’intention d’utiliser une partie du montant de ce crédit pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat relatif à la sélection d’un consultant chargé d’élaborer un guide d’évaluation des projets/programmes suivant la méthode coût-avantage pour le compte de la Direction Nationale de la Planification (DPN).
