7. Contract description: The project should contribute to improvement of vocational education and training and in Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with the Copenhagen Declaration through:
1. strengthening vertical and horizontal mobility in the educational system in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in the European educational area through the further development of a national qualifications framework;
2. institutional building through capacity building of the VET Department of the Agency for Pre-School, Primary and Secondary Education and its adequate positioning in the educational systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
3. full implementation and harmonisation of the reform processes in the fields of curricula and training programmes; pedagogical standards and norms through development of new normative acts and bylaws at all levels of decision making and implementation in accordance with the framework law on vocational education and training in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
