The second phase of the Public Sector Capacity Building Program is one of the key initiatives identified in World Bank’s 2008-2011 country assistance strategy for Ethiopia. The program aims to support service delivery at local, regional and federal levels.

The World Bank has released an updated project information document for the second phase of this project.
UPDATE, 5 April 2010: The project was approved by the Board on 23 March 2010.
UPDATE, 24 November 2011: The Bank has released a procurement notice for consulting services in relation to the first phase of the Public Sector Capacity Building Program on 23 November 2011. Expressions of interest are due by 13 December 2011.
UPDATE, 19 December 2011: The Bank released a procurement notice for the development of guidelines for ip addresses and domain names on 16 December 2011. Expressions of interest are due by 5 January 2012.
