Public Sector Modernization Project in Armenia

General Information

Project Summary

The Republic of Armenia (ROA) has obtained funding in the amount of US$ 11.28 million from the World Bank and plans to apply part of the proceeds as payments for goods, works, related services & consulting services, in connection with the Public Sector Modernization Project (Credit No. 3891-AM). The project will be divided into 6 components: - Strengthening civil service management; - Introducing E-procurement; - Strengthening the Chamber of Control of the ROA; - Improving policy formulation & implementation through capacity building; - Developing capacity in local governments; and - Project management, surveys & communications.
