The construction works include construction and rehabilitation of up to 17 km section Kok Talaa - Pulgon of the existing Osh-Isfana Road Corridor (south Kyrgyzstan). The new road under the project will be Category III. The road section will be designed for 2 lanes, 2-way traffic with a speed of 60–100 km/h with a minimum 8-m wide asphalt carriageway plus 2x2-m gravel shoulders.
