The services to be contracted include: 1. open (in-depth) interviews to test the relevance of the proposed questionnaires in [country], analysis of information and a report that summarizes the main results of these interviews, 2. a pilot test of the questionnaires that have been revised as a result of the open interviews, 3. the full implementation of a survey of 3000-4500 households, data entry of the collected data, construction of a comprehensive dataset in STATA or SPSS format and report writing.
