The objective of the Strengthening the Management of Vietnam’s National Blood Cold Chain is to improve blood transfusion therapy by increasing the quality, safety, and availability of blood components and related services. The project will focus on strengthening the capacity of beneficiary hospitals and to supporting the regional blood transfusion centers to better manage and sustain the blood cold chain.
The total cost of the project is estimated at US$ 4,399,504 (EUR 3,100,000).
