Project Summary

The European Commission has given about EUR 3 million (US$ 4.7 million) for technical assistance in Bolivia’s water sector as part of its Country Strategy Plan for the said nation over the 2007-2010 period.

 

UPDATE, 24 SEPTEMBER 2009: A senior official at the EC Delegation to Bolivia stated that the commission has signed the financing agreement the Bolivian Ministry of water and the Ministry of sustainable development and planning in April 2009.

 

UPDATE, 17 May 2011: The European Commission has published a procurement notice for technical assistance for water and sanitation initiative in suburban areas.
