The development objectives of Total War Against HIV & AIDS (TOWA) Project have been revised in the Additional Financing operation, which are to expand the coverage of targeted HIV and AIDS prevention and mitigation measures; and expand access to bednets in HIV/AIDS-affected areas.

The Board Approval is expected to take place on 14 December 2010.

The total project cost is estimated at US$ 55 million.
