Description

Mendez England and Associates (ME&A) is looking for a Senior Level Democracy and Governance Analyst. The candidate must have:

(a) At least 15 years experience in practical program development and/or implementation experience in a developing country setting.

(b) Experience working on USAID program evaluation, review and design, implementation, and/or management related to democracy, human rights and rule of law is highly desirable.

(c) Substantive experience working in Southeast Asia, including Cambodia is highly desirable.

(d) Experience working with the U.S. Congress or Senate is highly desirable

(e) Experience in strategic planning and drafting strategic plans.

(f) Education: Master’s level degree in political science, international development or related degree is required. PhD preferred.
