CARANA seeks a Chief of Party for a pending USAID-funded project focusing on public and private sector reforms to improve the business enabling environment with taxation as a key priority area.  Activities might include legal and administration reforms via legislation for streamlining taxation, regulatory issues, and land titling, development of an approvals process, business process reengineering, and institutional change management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chief of Party for a USAID-funded project;
• Demonstrated experience in drafting tax legislation;

  • business enabling environment activities;

• Previous work experience in the Caribbean; and
• Law degree preferred.
