Democracy and Governance Specialists The QED Group seeks mid-level and senior-level Democracy and Governance professionals to staff long-term (one year or more) and short-term assignments (less than one year) on its ongoing and anticipated international development projects. Specific sectors of expertise sought include: • Anti-corruption • Local governance • Rule of law • Civil Society • Legislative strengthening • Conflict resolution Qualifications: • Senior level professionals must possess a minimum requirement of a master’s degree in a relevant field and 10 years of international development experience, or a PhD and at least 7 years of relevant experience. • Mid-level professionals should possess a Masters degree and at least 5 years of international development experience. • At least 2 years of experience working on USAID-funded Governance programs. • Experience working on USAID-funded programs in Latin America and Caribbean, Middle East, the Gulf, Balkans, and South and Central Asia preferred. • Excellent oral and written English required. Proficiency in additional languages a plus. Application Instructions:
