PA is a global leader in the water and energy sector providing innovative consulting services that support government and the private sector worldwide. We are currently looking for a Water Infrastructure Leader. The position would be based in Washington, DC with short and long term trips to the developing countries expected. We are currently accepting resumes with the following water sector reform expertise: Engineering, economics, or finance background (advanced degree preferred). At least 15 years experience in water utility strategy, management and operations in the US, UK, and/or the emerging markets, including: corporatization, institutional strengthening, business process improvement, commercial practices, finance. Experience at the national policy level in multiple countries preferred. Proven track record in business development and sales including leadership of multi-disciplinary sales teams History of thought leadership and clear communications - examples preferred Experience winning and managing work for USAID Candidates must be US citizens and or green card holders, fluent in English, with other language skills a plus.
