Description
SMEC is seeking expressions of interest from suitable professional consultants who wish to register with SMEC for the position of Senior Public Health Advisor for a proposal that we are currently tracking.
The senior public health advisor will serve as the technical liaison to the communities to identify promising community Non-Communicable Disease programs and new ideas.
Applicant Requirements: A masters in public health, health education, or community development with a degree in public policy, business, accounting or administration. Post-graduate or graduate level training in institutions external to Mongolia is an advantage. Must have at least 7 years of senior level work experience in contract oversight of technical assistance teams. Experience managing donor-financed projects in the region or in countries of the former Soviet Union is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple functions and a mixed portfolio of programs is required.
