Early Intelligence Reports
Early intelligence (EI) reports are exclusively available to our Executive Members. These provide information that donor agencies have yet to make publicly available, particularly on upcoming development initiatives. We consult a variety of sources such as press releases, news articles, speeches, strategy papers and other related documents. Using these sources as background, we conduct interviews with agency representatives, government officials, implementing partners and other experts to seek further details on possible opportunities, which donor agency or news websites do not currently provide.
Project Reports
Project Reports are available to our Small Business and Executive Members. These reports are sources of data for loans and grants that fund specific development projects or programs, including a situationer regarding the beneficiary country, project components and donor agency contributions. Project reports result from our analysis of donor agency documents and subsequent correspondence with project officials, government representatives and implementing partners to gather details of procurement plans, project updates, and other relevant information.
Tender Reports
Tender Reports include the full text of specific procurement notices and procurement forecasts that donor agencies publish on their websites and online boards for bids and tenders. The reports include information such as the items to be procured, applicable procurement guidelines and eligibility. We post the information from these announcements within 24 hours after their initial publication.
