I am an experienced leader, with the ability to motivate and develop teams for achieving success. Since 2006, I have worked with AECOM on the USAID-funded MIDAS and ADAM programs coordinating the Microfinance Program.

Over 3 years of experience in corporate banking (infrastructure project finance) and 4 years in development finance Over 6 years of experience working at the grassroot level in organizations like Basix, ITC and ICICI Bank. Implemented projects in rural infrastructure, livelihoods, microcredit and microinsurance in some of the most underdeveloped states in India like Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Assam

I am a development professional with considerable experience in microfinance operations with leading MFIs like SKS and Spandana. I have done my post graduation in social work and public administration from Delhi University .

I have worked over 20 years with development projects supported by UNV/FAO/UNCDF, USAID, DFID, IRELAND AID and ADB in Bangladesh, Sierra Leone, Eritrea, Haiti, Sri Lanka and Lao PDRใ I hold a Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics. I am well conversant in English, Tigrinya and Lao.
