7.    Contract description

The Eastern Partnership, Black Sea Synergy and Northern Dimension provide for a whole range of conferences, seminars, meetings and trainings as a means of further deepening the political dialogue with Partner countries. The overall objective of the project is to handle the organisation and logistics of these events (taking place from the second half of 2010 until the end of 2011).

This includes but is not limited to: overall preparation, co-ordination and follow-up of each event, flight booking, assistance for visas, hotel booking, airport and hotel transfers, booking of conference facilities and of technical equipment, hiring of interpreters, secretarial support, conference kits, production of brochures, etc.

Particular emphasis shall be put on the proposed methodology.
