Following the General Procurement Notice poted on the MRC website dated 13 April 2009, the Mekong River Commission Secretariat now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply Office Equipment for IKMP.
For further information please download a complete set of bidding documents above.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10 March 2010, 15:00 (local time). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and return unopened. Bids will be opened at 15:00 in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person. All bids must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee of 2% of the total bid price.

C. Preparation of Bids
ITB 10.1 The language of the bid is: English language
ITB 13.1 Alternative Bids are not allowed.
ITB 14.5 The Incoterms edition is: Incoterms 2000
ITB 14.6 Place of Destination: specified in section VI Schedule of requirement, List of Goods and
(b)(i) and Delivery Schedule (for prices to be quoted on DDU basis).

ITB 14.7 The prices quoted by the Bidder shall not be adjustable.
ITB 14.8 Prices quoted for each lot shall correspond at 100 % of the items specified for each Lot.
Prices quoted for each item of a Lot shall correspond at 100% of the quantities specified for
this item of a Lot.
Bidders must bid for all items within a lot. A bid which does not offer all items within a lot shall
be regarded as non-responsive and shall be rejected. Bids will be evaluated and award
recommendations made on lot basis.

ITB 20.1 The bid validity period shall be 90 days after the bid opening date
ITB 21.1 Bid shall include a Bank Guarantee (issued by bank) included in Section IV Bidding Forms
ITB 21.2 The amount of the Bank Guarantee shall be for an amount of not less than two (2) percent of
bid price, denominated in the currency of the bid or in a freely convertible currency and
remain valid for a period at least 28 days beyond the validity of the bid.
