The technical assistance should cover activities as follows:- preparation of the detailed design for rehabilitation and extension of sewerage network;
- preparation of the tender dossier for rehabilitation and extension of sewerage network following the FIDIC 1999 edition 'Redbook' contract conditions under the requirements of 'Practical Guide to contract procedures for EC external actions for works contracts';
- Review and verification of the outline design and preparation of tender dossier for the construction of waste water treatment plant following FIDIC 1999 edition 'Yellow book' contract conditions under the requirements of 'Practical Guide to contract procedures for EC external actions';
- Preparation of the tender dossier for the construction supervision of the rehabilitation and extension of the sewerage network and construction of waste water treatment plant according to the requirements of 'Practical Guide to contract procedures for EC external actions' and the FIDIC contract conditions.
