Context The overall objective of this technical assistance is to provide expert advice and capacity building support to the NAO and FPAC to enable them to effectively carry out their mandate in relation to providing effective external scrutiny of public financial management and make recommendations to improve the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of public finance outcomes.

Expert 1: Financial Audit Expert :

  • Qualified accountant 
  • 10 years post qualification experience in financial audit of public sector institutions
  • Strong experience in providing training in audit, parliamentary oversight and scrutiny to SAIs and FPACs
