  Background ICON Private is tendering for the WB funded project “Business advisory services to SME borrowers via VINASME”.
The project objective is to strengthen the capacity of the national membership organization of small and medium enterprises (VINASME) to provide quality business training and advisory services in order to help rural SMEs improving their business administration and getting better access to the credit.

    Development adult training plans    
                       
  Candidate’s
profile
Master’s degree in economics, finance, banking, law    
  6 months experience in training to adults in the territory of Vietnam, or Southeast Asia    
    Good commands of English language    
    5 years experience in training program development, preparation of training, developing adult training plans (preferable for SMEs)    
    Having in-depth knowledge and expertise on the financial sector, as well as in different business development areas such as strategic and operational management, human resources, project management, and government policies which are favorable and support to SMEs
