Stability in Key Areas (SIKA) (East) in AfghanistanFunded by United States Agency for International Development - USAID Location Afghanistan Status
The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Afghanistan Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) in conjunction with the USAID/Afghanistan Office of Stability Unit intends to award a contract for the program named “Stability In Key Areas (SIKA)-East” in Afghanistan.
The purpose of this contract is to assist District level Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA) officials provide the improved functioning of government and to enable the provisioning of priority GIRoA led basic services to better instill confidence and build stability for affected populations. Work will focus on key districts prioritized the United States Government (USG) Regional Platform-East (RP-E) and aligned with the GIRoA Key Terrain District (KTD), District Delivery Program (DDP) and other priority districts as determined by the relevant provincial governments.
