Kenya Youth Employment and Empowerment Initiative

Kenya Youth Employment and Empowerment initiative is a three-year program to promote education, job training, job creation, and moral development of the youth in Kenya. The partnership responds to the need of stimulating job preparation and job creation which is the key to the nation’s economic and political stability.

Kenya Youth Employment and Empowerment Initiative

Kenya Youth Employment and Empowerment Initiative mobilizes and engages key stakeholders in youth development in the government, business, higher education, private, faith-based and community sectors to make commitments toward job creation and training that will sustain the efforts of Vision 2030. USAID awards $210,000 to NCMI and African Nazarene University (ANU) to assist with the design and implementation of the Initiative. ANU serves as the Secretariat of the Initiative, it will establish and implementing a system of program and project accountability that will measure the impact of the commitments made by key stakeholders.
