Pfizer Global Health Fellows Program

The Pfizer Global Health Fellows program utilizes the professional expertise of Pfizer employees through specialized volunteer assignments with nonprofit organizations to improve health care services for underserved communities around the world.

Pfizer Global Health Fellows Program

Global Health Fellows (GHF) is Pfizer’s signature corporate volunteer program that pairs colleagues from technical and functional areas across Pfizer in three- to six- month fellowships with international development organizations to improve health services for people in greatest need in developing and emerging markets.

In addition to sending colleagues on individual fellowships, the GHF program includes team and virtual volunteering initiatives. These initiatives, designed in coordination with Pfizer sites and business units, expand opportunities for colleagues to work with non-profit partners directly in their regions and communities on a short-term and part-time basis. Similar to the longer term fellowships, these initiatives share Pfizer expertise in ways that promote access to quality health care services. Since 2003, more than 300 colleagues have served as Fellows from more than 25 Pfizer sites globally.
