Strengthening the Vaccine Handling System Project

To build, implement and sustain a central vaccine/pharmaceutical handling system comprising a central temperature-controlled warehouse and supply chain with distributable cold-chain capabilities in the strategic North department, on the premises of the Hôpital Sacré Coeur, Haiti.

Vaccine Handling System Strengthening

In partnership with GSK, Project HOPE proposes to implement a central vaccine/pharmaceutical temperature-controlled warehouse and outlying community medical cold-chain distribution system in the strategic North Department of Haiti. Site located at the Hôpital Sacré Coeur in the vicinity of the major strategic port of Cap-Haïtien near the historic and capital town of Milot, the project will strengthen the country’s vaccine and temperature-controlled pharmaceuticals systems and supply-chain.
