Active Communities Effective States (ACES) IDIQ: Long- and Short- Term Positions

Job Description

ECODIT is seeking experts interested in long- and short-term positions for projects under the anticipated Active Communities Effective States (ACES) IDIQ, which will provide technical assistance and advisory services, training, and direct program implementation to support host country good governance, transparency and accountability.

ECODIT is seeking junior, mid- and senior-level experts, including experienced Chiefs of Party (COPs) and Project Managers. Interested candidates must have relevant experience working in one or more of the following technical areas on donor-funded projects in developing countries: (1) Good Governance and Anti-Corruption; (2) Strengthening the Legislative Function/Legal Framework; (3) Decentralization and Local Governance; (4) Rule of Law and Security Sector Reform; and (5) Strengthening Oversight Mechanisms. Prior USAID experience is also desirable. The following is an illustrative list of the types of expertise required for the IDIQ. Individuals with significant relevant experience working on similar donor-funded international development projects are also encouraged to apply.
