Administrative Specialist – Bangladeshi National
SHELADIA Associates is a multi-disciplinary international professional consulting firm with demonstrated experience in the successful management and implementation of development projects throughout the world. SHELADIA is seeking an experienced Bangladeshi National for the role of Administrative Specialist with the following experience;
The professional must be adept at performing the following tasks: (i) active participation in office management, including handling general administrative tasks; (ii) organize and prepare meeting schedules for various sections; (iii) ensure meeting spaces are properly requisitioned ahead of schedule; (iv) manage office equipment and supplies, and ordering new equipment and supplies as needed; (v) work collaboratively with other sections to help solve administrative issues; (vi) manage invoices, payments, and receipts; (vii) manage payroll, personnel databases and other duties; and (viii) represent department managers or other senior-level officers in meetings, including taking notes and recordings as needed and coordinate any follow on actions. The Administrative Specialist will have preferably a postgraduate degree in human resources management or associated fields, who: (i) has 10 years of experience or more; (ii) has experience in working with multidisciplinary and multinational teams for multiple assignments; and (iii) has a proven track record of successfully completing assignments on time; (iv) experience working on USAID-funded projects is required; and (v) is fluent in English and Bengali.
