Job Description

*Preferred position location: Toronto, Canada. Other locations to be determined by home country of successful candidate in a jurisdiction (US state or country) where WVI is registered to operate.

As Agile Project Manager - II, you will support leaders and teams to make decisions on what we do more/less of, how we do it, who needs to be involved, identify potential dependencies and roadblocks that could impede progress, and facilitate knowledge and change management for the entire GMC portfolio. The Agile Portfolio Manager will help to implement, facilitate and improve the way we work through lean practices; empowering our team; aligning our work to our global strategy; and facilitating value-driven sustainable outcomes.

Requirements include:

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • 7 years work experience in direct project or program management, of which 2 years spent directing project portfolios.
  • 1-2 years work experience in agile & lean practices (Lean Six Sigma, Agile frameworks, etc.)
  • PMP, PgMP or PfMP certification through PMI.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
