The Health Practice Analyst is responsible for supporting the management of Palladium’s Health Practice, providing administrative and logistical assistance to a diverse portfolio of donor-funded projects and support business functions across the Practice.
- Support management, project teams, and the business development team in Palladium’s Health Practice through a variety of administrative and logistics tasks.
- Manage hiring and administration of consultants; writing consultant agreements with scopes of work and payment plans; review consultant/vendor invoices for accuracy and process for payment; track contractual agreements; liaise with technical staff on vendor agreements.
- Manage weekly Health Practice meeting invitations and agenda, take and disseminate notes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage monthly Project Management Unit meeting invitations and agenda, taking and disseminate notes, and follow up on action items.
- Communicate with project directors on a regular basis about project needs; coordinate monthly management dashboards.
- Execute logistics for events by scheduling, reserving and both setting and cleaning up meeting rooms, sending out event invitations and getting guest counts, ordering and handling logistics for catering, coordinating speakers and/or guest logistics, and taking and disseminating notes.
- Support the business development team in the development of proposals (particularly in research, writing, and formatting of required materials).
- Provide direct support to projects and business development, as needed.
- Flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively with others.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced organization by prioritizing and managing multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and follow-through required.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external clients.
- Fluency and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer skills in Power Point, Word, and Excel.
- Interest in international development and/or public health
- Experience traveling to a developing country preferred
- Second language proficiency preferred.
