The Associate Director, Learning and Evaluation will lead Stanford Seed’s efforts to measure the impact of its programs on small and medium enterprises in sub-Saharan Africa and India, and the communities in which these firms operate. The Associate Director will play a key role in helping Seed to refine and improve its programs based on these findings. The position reports to the Director of Program Delivery, with a matrixed management relationship with the Director of Leadership Programs. The Associate Director works closely with Seed’s three regional offices in Global Operations to develop and manage Seed’s learning architecture.
The employee in this role can be located in Palo Alto, California; Nairobi, Kenya; OR Accra, Ghana.
