Job Description

Bid Manager - London - UK

Salary: £38,300 - £43,401

Civil Service pension- defined benefit: Generous employer contribution up to 27.9%

25 days paid annual leave and 8 public holidays

This is a new position within WFD.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Bid Manager will be responsible for leading specific funding opportunities, managing the process from initial identification and preposition, through to preparation of concept notes and proposals: Work with teams across the organisation to ensure programmes are effectively designed. Identify emerging donor trends and contribute to diversification of donor funding. Provide targeted business development support to specific Country Offices and contribute to the organisation’s business development.
