About the role
The Budget and Finance Manager oversees all financial management and planning, budget development, financial reporting, administrative and logistical functions including the development of policy and procedures. The Budget and Finance Manager will support ESIP’s Director of Operations to ensure a high level of proactive service delivery to the Program and the client. This role includes staff management responsibilities.

About you
You will possess relevant tertiary qualifications and accounting certifications and a minimum seven years’ experience in similar financial management role/s. Experience working in the international development sector and the Pacific region preferred.

This position will be remunerated in line with the Australian Government’s Adviser Remuneration Framework and will be offered at Discipline Group A, Job Level 3.
