DIG is seeking a Chief of Party for a Jordan-based, USAID-funded business growth program that focuses improving the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, creating opportunities for women and youth in the SME sector, and ultimately, increasing SME’s gross value added to GPD. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as Chief of Party, experience working on SME competitiveness in a range of sectors and in domestic, regional and international markets, and experience working in the Middle East. At least working knowledge of Arabic is preferred. Excellent management skills, excellent written and analytical skills, the ability to work with multiple partners, willingness to travel frequently and the ability to work well in a team are required for the job.
