RTI International’s Food Security and
Agriculture Division (FS & Ag) works to meet the extraordinary challenge of
feeding a growing global population while utilizing fewer resources. As a
cross-institute collaborative effort helping to realize Vision 2025, FS &A
g integrates expertise from across RTI to: strengthen food and agricultural
systems; increase food safety; improve nutrition for both obese and
undernourished populations; and support increased economic opportunities,
especially for women and youth.
The FS & Ag Division is currently
accepting applications for Chief of
Party (COP) for the anticipated USAID-funded Feet the Future project in
Mali. This is an anticipated five-year project with a budget between $25,000,000
and $30,000,000. This position will be a full-time role based in Bamako, Mali.
The COP has primary responsibility for
project performance and budget management and directs the planning, supervision
and coordination of all project activities and staff. The COP will manage
customer relations and serve as RTI’s primary liaison with the customer and
stakeholders in the country.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Serve as the primary point of contact with

Education and Experience
Master’s degree in
agriculture, agribusiness, business administration, economics or a similar
field, with at least 12 years of relevant professional experience, or bachelor’s
degree with 16 years of experience.

Mali experience preferred.
experience in value chain development activities of market systems.
Strong knowledge of USG rules and
regulations (especially USAID).
