IDG seeks public financial management (PFM) experts with experience helping governments with government financial management information systems (GFMISs), including Free Balance or other systems. Proficiency in Spanish highly desirable. This is for immediate short-term intermittent work based in Washington, DC.
S/he will help to set up specifically the “government financial management information system (GFMIS)” of the country, possibly using a system called “Free Balance”. This person must have direct “GFMIS” or “Free Balance” experience in Latin America.
