Job Description

Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. (www.checchiconsulting.com) is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Deputy Program Manager to support ongoing USAID contracts and business development activities.

Responsibilities:

The Deputy Program Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and logistical support to one or several of Checchi’s rule of law and anti-corruption projects. Some overseas travel may be required. Specific tasks and duties may include editing technical reports and other client deliverables; tracking project budgets; recruiting and mobilizing consultants and long-term overseas staff; compiling and reviewing documentation for audits; and contributing to project proposals.

Qualifications/Experience:

The Deputy Program Manager must have a bachelor’s degree and excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills. One or more years of related experience in the international development community, with U.S. Government contractors, Peace Corps, and/or other long-term service programs preferred. Candidates with foreign language skills are preferred with French and/or Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
